Bliss - CD Cover

This was a CD cover project during my first year in Graphic Design.
Medium: Marker, and gouache

Letterhead - Theatre
This was a letterhead that I had produced after seeing the drama masks in my high school planner.
Medium: Graphite, pencil crayon, and marker
Pencil Crayon - Roses
This was a pencil crayon drawing that I had done in Grade 6 for a school project where we had to create our own country. This was our national flower.
Medium: Graphite, pencil crayon, and marker
Photogram 1
This was one of the first photography projects we were given in Grade 11.
Medium: Photography
Photogram 2

This was the second one I did. I wasn't really happy with either of them.
Medium: Photography

Print - James Franco as Harry Osborne
This was an interesting piece that I did in the Grade 11 art class. We used the drypoint etching technique.
Medium: Ink
Sketch - Rogue
This was the first drawing I had done before I really got into art.
Medium: Graphite
Sketch - Sailor Moon

Anime seems to be one of the easiest forms to reproduce, thus, Sailor Moon.
Medium: Graphite

Sketch - Mystical Woman
This is by far my favorite piece with my CD cover a close second. I worked really hard on this one and I love the way it turned out.
Medium: Graphite
Sketch - Vase
I did this while I was bored at work when I worked at the bowling alley, hence the lined paper.
Medium: Graphite
Sketch - Lilandra
I'm not sure if I am all that happy with this one. I think it looks a bit smudged in areas.
Medium: Graphite
Sketch - Scorched Heroes
This is a logo I came up with for one of the fake bands for the CD project. I liked the design of the bamboo and used it in a later project.
Medium: Graphite and ink
Sketch - Thumbnails for Jazz Fest
These were thumbnails we had to sketch for a poster project in Graphic Design.
Medium: Graphite
Sketch - Thumbnails for "Clip Art"
More tumbnails, but for a clip art project. We were only allowed to use 2 colors per line. I think these turned out all right.
Medium: Graphite and pencil crayon
Sketch - Checkerboard
A Grade 10 sketch book assignment. I prefer the one I had done earlier in my photography class. Unfortunately, I've lost that one
Medium: Ink
Sketch - Locker
Another sketch book assignment. I was fairly pleased with how my demon turned out.
Medium: Graphite and pencil crayon
Sketch - Darien
Another anime image. This time, it's Darien.
Medium: Graphite
Sketch - Trish Tilby
Trish Tilby from the X-Men series. I loved her outfit here so I did my best copying it.
Medium: Graphite
Sketch - Sailor Moon
Again, another Sailor Moon image. I'm not sure if you can tell on the scan, but there is light use of pencil crayon to tint the image.
Medium: Graphite, marker and pencil crayon
Sketch - Clone High
This is from one of my favourite cartoons, Clone High. I don't think it's around anymore though.
Medium: Graphite, pencil crayon, and marker.
Sketch - Sailor Moon
This is my favorite image I drew of Sailor Moon. I reproduced one of the colouring book images and this is how it turned out.
Medium: Graphite
Sketch - Sailor Moon
Another Sailor Moon. This one I screwed up the coloring of the eyes. Though I like the image, I wasn't pleased with how it turned out in the end.
Medium: Graphite, ink and pencil crayon
Stencil - Bowling
This is what happens when you have a project due the next day, and you have to work. I think it turned out all right though.
Medium: Tempera
Watercolour - Niagara Falls
My first watercolour. I think this turned out very nicely. It's a reproduction of a photograph I had taken on a trip to Niagara Falls
Medium: Watercolour
Watercolour - Winter Forest
This is a watercolour that I had not planned out, and it still turned out rather nicely. I don't like the footprints but once they're there, they're there.
Medium: Watercolour
Pen - Ballet Slippers

This was a shadowing project in Gr 11. We were to use only lines to convey shadowing. It was perfect until my sister spilled something on it. This is a photograph of it as it was too big to scan.
Medium: Ink

Interior Decorating - Bathrooms

This was my first project in Interior Decorating where I had to get supplies. Turned out okay. This is a photograph of it as it was too big to scan.
Medium: Ink, fabric, metal, ceramic, and wood.

Ink - Japan

This was a project from Typography. This is a photograph of it as it was too big to scan.
Medium: Ink

Jazz Fest - Banner/Poster

This was a mid-term during my first year in Graphic Design. This is a photograph of it as it was too big to scan.
Medium: Gouche and marker

Graphite - Kylie Minogue

This was a grid project from Gr 10 art. This is a photograph of it as it was too big to scan.
Medium: Graphite

Reproduction - Millstone Ad

This was a project during my first year in Graphic Design. We had to cut an ad in half and reproduce the second half. This is a photograph of it as it was too big to scan.
Medium: Pencil crayon

Pencil Crayon - Depth of Field

This was a depth of field project from Gr 10 art. This is a photograph of it as it was too big to scan.
Medium: Graphite and pencil crayon

Watercolour - Winter at Home

I love this one. This is a watercolour I did for a project in Interior Decorating. The only thing that disappointed me was that the board warped with all the water. This is a photograph of it as it was too big to scan.
Medium: Watercolour

This was a logo we were to re-create as our final project in my Graphic Design class for Marketing.
