Soaring high
    Free as a bird
        Adrenaline coursing
            Through your veins
    Wind tousling your hair
        Freedom
    Diving
        Darting
            Swooping through the clouds
    Gliding through the air
        Circling the green pitch

    Seeking
        Searching
            Pursuing the prize
        Hunting for the prey

As golden as the sun
    Glinting in the bright light
        The prize is in view
            Diving for the catch
    Faster and faster
        Rushing wind sounding in your ear
            The thrill of the chase
        The sphere of gold
            Almost in your grasp

The cold metal against your skin
    Cold as ice
        The feeling of victory
            Cheers from the crowd
                As loud as thunder
    Victory
        Praise
            The conquest won
        Success for your team
